Guess Who's Coming To Dinner, a stage adaptation of the 1967 movie that featured Spencer Tracy, Sidney Poitier and Katharine Hepburn. The stage adaptation was performed at Arena Stage in DC featuring Malcom-Jamal Warner. It was amazing! I enjoyed every minute of it. Now I have to view the film. It was definitely a New Years treat. I bought tickets for my mom as a Christmas gift, and it turned out being a special gift for me as well. How did you spend your New Years?
Any special weekend plans? I'm just about caught up on my TV shows..haha. Now that's pitiful. Movie watching perhaps. I saw
The Hunger Games: Catching Fire last weekend and loved it. It was on point with the book and just plain good. Keep an eye out for The B-Side's rating. Still haven't decided if I'd like to do mini movie reviews. It's a thought for my blog for 2014. We'll see.
