"Alice fights alongside a resistance movement in the continuing battle against the Umbrella Corporation and the undead." (IMDb)

I was honestly not very pleased with Resident Evil:Afterlife, but was intrigued by it's ending which showed Jill Valentine's (Sienna Guillory) appearance, and now she's set to star in the fifth installment of the Resident Evil franchise. I can't believe I'm saying fifth. Do we really need another? Here's to hoping this it where it ends, but something tells me that won't be the case. I was perfectly fine with ending at 3. I never quite understood how Michelle Rodriguez's character will come to play in the film, maybe through some Umbrella Corporation flashback? I was also confused at hearing that Oded Fehr's Carlos Olivera will appear in the film as well, when his character clearly died in Resident Evil: Extinction. I'm thinking more than a few flashbacks or some crazy new Umbrella technology that we've never seen. IMDb notes that the worldwide box office for the movie franchise continues to increase while its overall attendance is dropping....hmm cause I definitely only saw 1-3 in theaters. Well more or less I'm sure the film will be action packed and get fans buzzing about possible sequels.

Resident Evil: Retribution hits theaters 14th. Check out the trailer below. What do you think?
