Wednesday Buzz: Which "Pretty Little Liars' " Star Confesses about Eating Disorder?

Actress Lucy Hale known for her role as Aria on the hit TV Show Pretty Little Liars, opened up during an interview with Cosmopolitan that she has struggled with an eating disorder, according to E! The interview with the actress will be featured in the September issue of Cosmopolitan where Hale admits "I've never really talked about this, but I would go days without eating" (E!).

This probably is is shocker to many Pretty Little Liars fans knowing that Lucy Hale has dealt with body image issues. Hale also says in the interview "Or maybe I'd have some fruit and then go to the gym for three hours. I knew I had a problem...It was a gradual process but I changed myself" (E!). Well good for you Lucy!
The 23 year-old actress also talks about her boyfriend, Chris Zylka (The Secret Circle; and latest addition to American Horror Story) and when they first met. How cute. The September issue of Cosmo will be on newsstands next week.
