Monday Style: 2014 BBMA Red Carpet, Hot or Not?

Last night, the 2014 Billboard Music Awards were held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in LA. As usual, the red carpet included a mixed bunch of celebrities who wowed us and then there were some who left me confused as to which venue they were attending...like seriously?

For the first time in a while, I'm on the fence about more than a few red carpet looks so instead of posting a best dressed list, I thought I'd post a mixed bunch to see who you thought was hot or not.
