Beyonce + Solange + Saturday Lunch
For those of you who missed it---although, I don't see how you could of at this point--last week a video surfaced (via TMZ) of Solange attacking Jay Z. The incident took place at a Met Ball after party the week before. Any social media outlet you went to, people were talking about it.

This past Thursday, the family released a joint statement about the incident.

"As a result of the public release of the elevator security footage from Monday, May 5th, there has been a great deal of speculation about what triggered the unfortunate incident. But the most important thing is that our family has worked through it. Jay and Solange each assume their share of responsibility for what has occurred. They both acknowledge their role in this private matter that has played out in the public. They both have apologized to each other and we have moved forward as a united family" (Yahoo! Celebrity).

The statement continues, "The reports of Solange being intoxicated or displaying erratic behavior throughout that evening are simply false. At the end of the day families have problems and we're no different. We love each other and above all we are family. We've put this behind us and hope everyone else will do the same" (Yahoo! Celebrity).

Riight. Hec, some people still are talking about. I mean, I am. I want to know what was said to make her react like that. In what seems to be an attempt to draw attention away from the leaked video, this past Friday Beyoncé and Jay Z released their mock movie trailer for "Run" which features appearances by various celebrities.

Oh, but you know the family couldn't get away with this incident without being subject to Saturday Night Live. This past Saturday, Maya Rudolph reprised her role as the Queen Bey to settle the drama. Its hilarious. If you haven't seen it, you gotta check it out below.

Family Lunch + Knowles + Carter

It would appear that all is well in the kingdom now. Beyoncé recently posted photos of the family having lunch on Saturday in New Orleans with her husband Jay, her mother Tina Knowles, daughter Blue Ivy, Solange, Solange's son Julez, and Solange's boyfriend Alan Ferguson. There's no sign of drama in any of the photos. Message received Bey, we're moving on.
