Okay, so that description may not sound like the most exciting movie, but after watching the trailer I definitely want to see this. I love a good horror/thriller movie and hopefully this won't be a disappointment. Director Ti West whose former credits include House of the Devil and Cabin Fever 2: Spring Fever, don't exactly bring as much buzz as more accredited directors have. However, I'm willing to give this film a chance. The haunted house scenario has been done so many times, and a new and fresh twist on the original concept is definitely needed. I'd consider Sara Paxton to be an underrated young actress. Her former roles in PG family movies haven't really done her justice. I will say she pulled off one hec of a performance for Wes Craven's remake of his original The Last House on the Left. And judging by what I've seen from the trailer, it looks as if Sara Paxton will be perfect as the leading role in this flick. It's nice to see a face that isn't blasted all over the entertainment news 24/7.
