"As the Iranian revolution reaches a boiling point, a CIA 'exfiltration' specialist concocts a risky plan to free six Americans who have found shelter at the home of the Canadian ambassador." (IMDb)
I actually saw a trailer for this when I saw Dark Shadows--I think--back in May. As soon as the trailer was finished, I whispered to my mom "I want to see that." Ben Affleck hasn't been on the acting scene too much, what with him directing and whatnot. This looks like it's going to be another popular film from Affleck mainly because of content. Based on a true story, dealing with CIA's classified files and a solid cast--I'm really interested in the story--I think it will be well received by both critics and audiences.
Keeping it short and simple this week, Argo opens October 12. Check out the trailer below. What do you think?
