Editors Choice on iTunes for a reason! The UK songtress of soul has returned with The Soul Sessions, Vol. 2. This album serves as a sequel to her debut album The Soul Sessions which put Joss Stone's name on the map, making her an international star at the age of 16 (The Guardian). I'm happy to see her back and covering some classic sounds of soul (songs by Eddie Floyd, The Chi-Lites & Broken Bells). Her previous albums haven't been chart toppers, so it'd be nice to hear some originals from the singer, but I love any song she touches. This is a powerful comeback for Joss Stone, and I'm so behind in collecting her cd's that I'll probably end up buying this first, then going backwards to all the albums I missed.

Below, I've posted the song "The High Road" originally by Broken Bells. Check it out! And be sure to buy Joss Stone's The Soul Sessions, Vol. 2 available in stores and on iTunes now!
