"Psychologist Margaret Matheson and her assistant study paranormal activity, which leads them to investigate a world-renowned psychic who has resurfaced years after his toughest critic mysteriously passed away." (IMDb)
The basis of the film sounds interesting if your not yet tired of the paranormal theme attached to movies. With a supposed Paranormal Activity 3 in the works, it makes it hard for people to take things seriously. However in Red Lights, director Rodrigo Cortes (Buried starring Ryan Reynolds) will probably take your not-so-typical route with this film. Buried was a thriller that was pretty interesting so I think this cat-and-mouse thriller starring Sigourney Weaver and Robert De Niro will attract a good audience and possibly to fairly well in theaters.
I'm adding this film to my must-watch list. Red Lights opens in theaters July 13th. Check out the trailer below. What do you think?
