LL Cool J caught a home intruder early Wednesday, according to Gossip Cop.

The NCIS: Los Angeles star heard a noise in his LA home a little before 1.a.m, and went downstairs to find the alleged burglar, said Gossip Cop. Don't worry, LL Cool J came out of it unharmed however, the same can't be said for the intruder, whose jaw and nose were broken. The burglar was held until the police arrived to arrest him.

The home invader will be charged with burglary (via Gossip Cop).

The case was closed on Monday, August 20, according to New York City court documents. Cruise and Holme's divorce process was quickened due to their celebrity status, a legal expert explained with Gossip Cop.

Katie Holmes was granted primary legal custody of their daughter Suri, while Cruise was given generous visitation rights.
