Hayes will be in a multi-episode arc as the character Terrence Falls, a comedic TV and film star who will make his Broadway debut in the musical Liasons, according to E! It looks as if Falls will create a bit of trouble for Ivy (Megan Hilty) and other characters (does that mean Messing's Julia as well?). Hayes tweeted, "I'm very excited to be guest-starring in a multi-episode arc on @NBCSmash this season," (E! and NBC are both part of the NBCUniversal family).
E! also reported that in addition to Sean Hayes' appearance on the show, Oscar winner Jennifer Hudson will be guest starring on the show as well. Looks like season 2 will be packed with goodies. Smash is set to return to NBC in 2013. I'm super excited for season 2!

Since I don't watch Will & Grace or Smash, I'll just comment on other things. Love that photo of Beyonce and Blue Ivy. I don't think it makes sense to make someone else play the role of Snow White unless it really will be more focused on The Huntsman.
