Disney Channel Is Airing DCOM Mega-Marathon!

This is MAJOR news. I mean, probably the most important post of the week.

I'm sure everyone's Facebook newsfeed and Twitter's are buzzing about it by now but I just had to post it here.

Disney Channel is airing DCOM movie marathon this May! AGHHH!!!!!

For those of you who aren't hip, DCOM stands for Disney Channel Original Movie. And if you grew up watching Disney Channel in the 90s and early 2000s, there's no way you missed one.

This mega-marathon kicks off Memorial Day weekend and will begin with Kim Possible: So The Drama at 10am on Friday, May 27 and continue through to Tuesday, May 31.

That's right, for one weekend you'll be able to relive your childhood memories with 51 of the most popular DCOMs. "Zetus Lapetus!" For those of you who already have plans Memorial Day weekend, fear not. This is just the beginning. Disney Channel will be airing an encore of theses 51 movies, as well as all the other DCOMs throughout the month of June.

As if this day couldn't get any better, these DCOMs will also be available to watch on the Disney Channel app and VOD throughout the summer.

This multi-platform programming event is being brought to us as the network prepares for their 100th Disney Channel Original Movie. This year, Disney Channel is remaking the 80's film Adventures in Babysitting.

I'm super excited about this marathon but I'm really looking forward to June for the chance to watch my personal favs:  Susie Q, The Color of Friendship, My Date With The President's Daughter, Luck of The Irish, Model Behavior...I could go on really.
