I think she looks great! I mean, no one can stay 16 forever. I think she has handled growing up the spotlight very nicely. And watching her mature I think is something that younger girls can look up to.

E! describes the shoot as a "gritty sexiness". All of the photos have a very rustic feel to them, judging by the backdrops in each shot. Her clothing ensembles compliment the country feel, while giving her a bit of sex appeal.
The singer admits that she wasn't afraid to show off her body. The shoot for GQ was representative of how she's grown up into this young woman.
She spoke to GQ about spending a majority of her life in the public. "I didn't have an opportunity to figure out my life without people having an opinion every step of the way". "I chose this" she continued and let us know there's no self-pity, no regrets, "So I'm not gonnna sit here and say, 'Oh, my God, poor me, I didn't have a normal childhood.' I don't give a f--k about that" (E!).
Well, alright. Selena has been making headlines for other reasons today as well. She will be latest guest on Carpool Karaoke with James Corden on The Late Late Show.
And Thursday, April 14 you can check out Selena's full GQ interview.
