Uma Thurman and John Travolta are reunited in this flick directed by Oliver Stone. This is a fictional take on plans of a Mexican drug cartel and the less exposed, yet harsh realities of California's pot wars, as revealed by IMDb. Three-time Oscar winner and director Oliver Stone has already proven himself as a narrative filmmaker so this is bound to be a thriller, I think. This movie is based off the book Savages by Don Winslow and a prequel novel titled The Kings of Cool will be published after the film's release.
