Gossip Cop has the latest on David Arquette officially filing for divorce from Courtney Cox. I thought this had happened a long time ago. But apparently the couple only announced their separation in October 2010. According to Gossip Cop the actor cites "irreconcilable differences" and asks for joint legal and physical custody of their daughter, Coco. (Gossip Cop)
Since their separation in 2010, Arquette and Cox have stayed on good terms and have been able to work together professionally. That's always a good thing right? Gossip Cop also reports that Arquette will be representing himself in the divorce proceedings and is not seeking spousal or child support.
Well, this should go over smoothly. Tuesday marks their 13th wedding anniversary.
